The Carpigiani LB 1002 RTX is a standing, high capacity Batch Freezer that can make up to 37 quarts of frozen dessert an hour.  Hard-O-Matic technology and audible alarm to ensure product comes out with the ideal consistency.  Create high over-run frozen products with ease, such as: ice cream, gelato, sorbetto, custard and frozen yogurt.

Automatic defrost starts during power outages to avoid damage to internal beater.  Built in faucet with flex-hose and removable extraction chute make cleaning this machine easy!
